The mission of the American Society of Highway Engineers is to provide a forum for members and partners of the highway industry to promote a safe, efficient and sustainable highway system through education, innovation and fellowship.

The East Penn Section functions as the backbone of the American Society of Highway Engineers & a pivotal player in the Transportation Industry within Eastern Pennsylvania.
We are a community & network of skilled engineers that oversee construction projects across the Lehigh Valley, Allentown-Bethlehem, and the greater area of PennDOT District 5-0.
